Explore the wonderful world of watercolours! We’ll go over a few basic techniques of how to use the materials and then paint a seasonal piece in your own style – this could be a perfect Christmas present!
What you’ll need:
- Watercolour (or thick cartridge) paper
- Watercolour paints, tubes or in a palette
- Watercolour pencils if you have them, don’t worry if you don’t
- Water in a jar
- Brushes (horsehair soft style ones with a point are best)
- Waterproof fineliner or biro if you have one
- Tissue
- Hairdryer can help when you’re layering the paints.
