Booking and Refund Policy

All workshop bookings are to be completed on Eventbrite (Don’t worry we’ve taken the fees away!).

Your place is not secured until the eventbrite booking is completed.

We will only process a refund if we have to cancel or postpone a workshop.

You will not be able to transfer your booking to another date.

You can transfer your place to a friend or family member who wishes to attend instead.  Please email us and let us know if this is the case.

Nearly all of our 1to1s are regular weekly/fortnightly bookings.

We will secure your bookings for the whole of the following half term, dates which we will ask you to agree to.

Your place is not secured until you agree to the dates sent to you.

If during that half term you have to cancel any 1to1s we will not process a refund.

We will only process a refund if we have to cancel or postpone a 1to1.

We know that it can be a lot of money to pay for even a half term in advance, so we will ask you to pay, via bank transfer, for your 1to1 workshop a week in advance, and no later.

To secure your booking we ask you to pay £100 (the minimum charge).  Your party date will not be secured until this is paid.

Any additional places that need paying for, we will ask you to pay a week before the party.

We will only process a refund if we have to cancel or postpone a party.

You will not be able to transfer your booking to another date.
