An after school club for kids and adults! making Zines! Zines are mini magazines and can be used for absolutely anything – as a piece of art in their own right, to pass on knowledge and information or to tell stories! Zines came about in the punk era as a way of expressing your love for the music and the bands of the time. So it’s time to let your imagination run wild!
With school funding being cut for creative subjects, we at Arty Farty Retreat aim to bring back creativity into children’s lives. We aim to help your children express themselves, socialise and collaborate with their peers and learn new skills with different projects each week. We also hope there are some adults out there who would benefit from the wellbeing that creativity brings!
