Singing has so many benefits it improves your breathing, lowering your blood pressure, releasing seratonin (the happy hormone) increases your energy and improves your memory.
And why not do it with a grin on your face, giggling with new friends? We sing a wide range of songs, acapella style in a small group.
So if you’re coming for the grinning or the singing, we welcome everyone to express themselves with a little music.
