Mental health is at the heart of what we do at Arty Farty Retreat, we aim to create a safe space to express yourself in.

We offer private individual sessions to help you express yourself using different types of creative exercises.  This is not a formal counselling or art therapy but rather an exploration of your creativity that therapeutically helps you express how you’re feeling.  Due to Covid-19 we are delivering all Arty Farty: Expression sessions online via zoom.

These sessions can help anyone who’s feeling overwhelmed by any emotion.  There is a lot of emotional pain and trauma that is being felt during this pandemic, we can help you with this.

We have previously worked with adults and children who have been

struggling with: illness; grief; gender identity; trauma; being new to parenthood; dying; depression; anxiety; bullying; stress.

The majority of sessions will last 1 hour maximum and occur weekly for

a set number of weeks.  However we will look at what works for your individual needs and agree this with you when we first meet.
